JUMMPSH0T is a pro skills trainer, content creator, and business strategist with a master’s in business administration, focused on developing athletes and people with purpose. He builds people, moments, and brands. Form is form, whether on the court or behind the lens.
Tyrelle Appleton built his name out of the mud. Through gyms, competition, and relentless work. A former Division II athlete, he recorded a 21 rebound performance that ranks among the top in USCAA history, establishing himself as a defender who controlled the game through toughness, positioning, and discipline.
But the real development happened outside the system.
In New York City, Appleton sharpened his offensive game on double rims across the city, developing the edge that carried him into Ball Up New York. Fox Sports covered the streetball series where he competed on screen, holding a 1v1 record while being featured on the platform.
Over the past decade, he has developed hundreds of athletes across Canada and the United States, helping players advance to NCAA and university programs while also training professionals in high level environments. His approach blends game skill development with mindset, decision-making, and discipline. Ensuring players don’t just train, but understand the game and their why.
His basketball journey has touched the professional pathway through CEBL’s inaugural season, where he went 3-0 in combine play, along with exposure through TBL tryouts, NBA G League tryouts, and private NBA pro runs. He earned a professional opportunity before shifting his focus toward long-term impact.
During the inaugural NBA 2K League global qualification, Appleton established himself as a draft level prospect, finishing just outside the top 250 worldwide. He is also one of only three Canadians to receive an Esports Award, and the first African American in collegiate esports to earn this distinction.
Beyond competition, Appleton has operated at the highest level of business and brand strategy. As Global Partnerships Manager at Dell Technologies, he led Alienware’s international partnerships, managing contracts and executing campaigns with organizations such as Team Liquid, Epic Games, and Riot Games. He was successful in his push to scale brand presence across the global esports ecosystem.
His work has generated over 100 million in earned exposure, including leading roles in campaigns reaching millions worldwide from Stephen Curry’s Webby Award winning “Run The Ring” campaign. His biggest opportunity came, he was the lead actor in a national broadcast feature with the Toronto Raptors and OLG.
He has also served as a General Manager for an NBA veteran led organization, where he helped build the brand from the ground up, creating the company name, developing its visual identity, and leading its digital presence and community growth.
In 2023, during a Raptors 905 G League tryout, Appleton tore his ACL mid-session. The moment forced a pause but clarified the mission.
The game was never just about him. It was about impact.
Today, through JUMMPSH0T, he blends elite training, storytelling, and mentorship into a platform dedicated to developing the next generation of players who understand how to perform, think, and carry themselves at a higher level.
The game is about alignment. Many are called, few are chosen but don’t take it lightly. This goes beyond basketball. Discipline. Confidence. Composure. Be phenomenal or be forgotten.
